Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Please include the return authorization number with your returned items. Items returned without authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made items, digital products, and items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
